Name it.
We'll do it.
Our Thermofit product is a thermoformable non-woven material, shipped in rolls or sheets. This material is mostly found in numerous car components but is also used in construction, as an underlay for floors or roofs, for example.
Composite reinforcing felts of the Backtex brand are used in the manufacture of various types of footwear such as winter boots, military boots, hiking shoes and boots, dress shoes, golf shoes or even slippers. They are made of 100% polyester fibers, are light in weight while still providing tear-resistance. Backtex is available in three colors: white, grey and black.
As their name implies, Ecoduo products all contain a certain percentage of recycled or regenerated fibers. Since our goal is to design products that use decreasing amounts of virgin fibers, we work hand in hand with our customers to develop products that meet their specifications while advising them to use recycled fibers where possible.
Our Summumtex composite product was specifically designed for use as inner soles in shoes or boots. It offers cushioning that is comfortable, durable and permeable to air, as well as providing excellent resilience (capacity to regain its original shape). In addition, it is offered in various colors ideally suited for different models of shoes and working boots.
Our Duotex products are the main component in the production of floor protector pads for chairs or furniture. They are highly resistant to friction and wear and are available in colors matching wooden floors.
Our high density felts are used in particular in the manufacture of a large variety of marker and felt pen tips, ink pads and board erasers. They are also used at the cleaning/polishing stage in the production of metal spools. They are manufactured according to exacting specifications of porosity, width, thickness and color depending on the final product's intended application.
