Geodrains

Geodrains are geocomposites designed to evacuate infiltration water and filter fine particles. They replace and drastically reduce the need for conventional and natural underground drainage systems. The use of geodrains offers an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional drainage materials while improving the reduction of water content in structures, thereby minimizing one of the main causes of their deterioration.

Draintube

Draintubes provide drainage for liquids and gases. They are part of a range of patented products composed of drainage and filtration geocomposites that incorporate perforated mini-drains at regular intervals, positioned between two or three geotextile layers. The diameter and spacing of the mini-drains, as well as the type of geotextile, are defined and validated for each project according to the site’s hydraulic and geotechnical conditions.

Applications: civil engineering, sports fields, buildings, landfill cells, contaminated soils, mining and gas sectors.

Texdrain

Texdrain is a drainage geocomposite designed to intercept and accelerate the evacuation of infiltration water coming from the pavement structure and surrounding soils. Thanks to its design and hydraulic properties, it retains fine soil particles while providing drainage, separation, and filtration functions.

The product comes in two versions:

  • Texdrain 80V for vertical drainage, featuring a sleeve that allows the insertion of a drainage pipe;
  • Texdrain 80H for horizontal drainage, without a sleeve.

Applications: roadside drainage, bridge abutments.

Alveodrain

Texel Alveodrain is a cellular-structure drainage geocomposite, composed of a thermoformed geotextile drainage core combined with a filtering geotextile. It enables the evacuation of infiltration water along walls, whether smooth or irregular.

Applications: buried vertical walls, retaining walls, bridge abutments and engineering structures, tunnel intrados (between the wall and the concrete lining), lost formwork.

Soldrain

Soldrain is a drainage geocomposite composed of a draining polymer core covered with a filtering geotextile. It evacuates liquids while retaining fine particles to prevent clogging.

Use:

  • Vertical drainage: foundation walls, bridge abutments
  • Horizontal drainage: with high compression-resistance grades

Applications: foundation walls, bridge abutments, tunnels or buried structures, green roofs.

Geonet

Geonets are high-density polyethylene (HDPE) structures similar to a rigid three-dimensional grid. Used to evacuate liquids, they replace traditional drainage materials such as sand or gravel. They can also be laminated to one or more geotextiles to form a geocomposite that provides drainage as well as separation and filtration.

Applications: landfill cells, retaining walls, civil engineering structures and platforms, tunnels and buried structures, green roofs.
